The Great Barn, in its ideal setting and tranquil location, provides the perfect place to have your wedding, wedding reception, civil wedding ceremony, civil wedding partnership, wedding activities or private party.
The Converted 18th Century barn is divided into two rooms, which are both licensed for civil ceremonies and provide an ideal location for weddings.
Both rooms are approximately 18 metres by 6 metres and are interconnecting, both have central heating. The Aynho Room has two log fires and seats 50 people, whilst the Croughton Room seats 140 people.
Wedding marquee extensions can be added if required. The entrance lobby provides excellent toilet facilities for ladies and gentlemen as well as disabled facilities. Ample car parking facilities are available and cars can be left over night and picked up the day after the event.
Wines and Drinks at the Great Barn
Our wines have been selected with great care to offer excellent quality and value, and many come from the New World. We have tried to find a selection that could be called ‘good party wines’. Corkage, should you wish to supply your own wines, will be charged at £9.40 per 75cl bottle on wine and on Champagne £11.00 per bottle. We do not offer wine tasting but wines can be provided at a discounted rate for you to take away to sample.
