With seating for up to 140 guests formally and up to 200 informally, The Great Barn hosts large conferences and intimate meetings. An ideal conference venue

Set in magnificent 18th-century stone buildings, The Great Barn offers a stunning and spacious setting for your conference. Our conference venue comes equipped with modern facilities whilst maintaining its historic charm. With a conference capacity of 200, we’ve hosted a wide range of corporate and brand events. Whether you’re addressing your internal team or inviting members of the media, The Great Barn provides you with an exquisite backdrop set in a stunning rural location.

The perfect meeting venue

The Great Barn also offers excellent meeting facilities suitable for groups of various sizes hoping to hold an intimate and focussed meeting. Our rural location and inspiring grounds are a real draw for teams looking to hold a meeting outside of their normal place of work.

Modern facilities are all provided and you can also choose to have access to an LCD projector and photocopier. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided as well as a buffet lunch, prepared by our chefs.

Our location

The Great Barn is situated on the Oxfordshire and Northamptonshire border and is easily accessible.

If travelling by road, we’re placed conveniently close to the M40 and A43 for easy access from London, the South and the Midlands. We also have ample on-site parking. If travelling by train, we’re only a short (15 minute) taxi ride away from both Bicester and Banbury railway stations.
